New Method for Exhibit Submissions and Art Drop and Pick Up
1. Pay Submissions Fees Online has returned. When you fill out Registration Form, you may now pay the registration / exhibit fee online through PayPal, or Debit/Credit Card...or Pay at Gallery Cash or Check. No Credit Card submittal at Gallery except thropugh online using Gallery Computer.
2. Drop off art dates will be posted and will run over several days. We will no longer be doing the "Everything Happens on One Day Method". Reasons for this? The gallery is staffed and open Monday - Saturday 10am to 4pm, and Sunday afternoons 1pm to 4pm. To keep the gallery open and active, art will be dropped off and picked up during gallery open hours, and art will be hung by gallery staff during this period with volunteer help as needed. This should allow for a more even flow of moving work in and out.
Note: Art removed from current exhibit and not picked up will be stored in basement for 30 days, after that time, a storage fee of $25 per month will be charged by SunDust Gallery for storage. Art will not be released until storage fees are paid in full.
3) The Guild Gallery will be issuing an exhibit prospectus for each exhibit, with rules and regulations concerning the exhibit. When you register to exhibit, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the prospectus.
